- You are responsible for all activity carried out through your account.
3. Use of the service
You may use Mirulog to record media entries, manage page settings, and publish content that you choose to make public. You may not use the service to violate applicable law, infringe third-party rights, interfere with the service, or attempt unauthorized access.
4. User content and public pages
You retain responsibility for the content you enter into Mirulog, including notes, ratings, watched dates, and any links you publish. If you enable public presentation features, that content may become accessible on public profile pages, compact pages, feeds, and embeds.
5. Third-party services and data sources
Mirulog may use third-party infrastructure or data providers, including email delivery, abuse protection, and metadata lookups such as TMDB. Availability or accuracy of third-party data is not guaranteed.
6. Suspension and termination
Accounts may be suspended or terminated if their use violates these terms, creates security risk, or exposes the operator to legal or technical harm. You may stop using the service at any time and request account deletion.
7. Liability
The operator is liable without limitation in cases of intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body, or health, and where liability is mandatory under applicable law. In all other cases, liability is limited to foreseeable damage typical for the contract.
